The project includes three stages, the first comprising a residential tower and a commercial tower, located on the corner of Avenida de las Américas and Avenida Racine. The buildings will not have a perimeter structure, which will allow for open fronts and optimize the area's views and landscape. The units will have balconies overlooking the lake and Roosevelt Park. Four additional towers are planned for later stages on Racine Avenue, allowing for an expansion of the commercial and parking spaces across their base.
