Well-established landmark
Punta Cala is a well-established landmark in the community. Thus, it is only fitting it be repurposed as a shopping plaza. The volumetric-spatial composition is achieved through the diagonal line leading to the lake's shopping plaza. The two-story shopping plaza over the lake will showcase a sleek, bright, and cozy design.
The plaza will be accessed through Avenida de las Américas and Avenida Racine and will be equipped with high-end design street furniture to match its style and location.
The 2,671m2 shopping area will account for 9.1% of the project. The shopping plaza and food service area will be supplemented in later stages with a further 7,192m2, accounted for in the general Master Plan, to provide a 260-linear-meter outdoor shopping area and walking trail over the lake.
